Where it began...

Midnite Run, a classic rock cover band from Maryland was founded in 2010 and has been providing entertainment to our local communities ever since. In 2026, the band was recognized and inducted into   The Maryland Entertainment Hall of Fame. In addition to performing music, the band is passionate about supporting our U.S. Military Veterans and their families by bringing awareness to the sacrifices they make each day in their service and raising funds for the support and assistance we owe them once they return home. In 2018 Midnite Run’s founder Larry Goren and his wife Terri formed a nonprofit organization, Music Healing Heroes to assist in the furtherance of our support to our Veterans and First Responders.  With Midnite Run as their flagship band and inviting other local bands to join in their cause, Music Healing Heroes mission is to provide quality music to our veterans, raise funds and provide awareness to as many Veterans and First responders that we can reach.  In addition to the many local shows Midnite Run performs throughout the year it has been our honor and privilege to host 6 Annual Veteran Benefit Concerts. A 7th concert is planned for the future. Four of them were held at Pier Six Pavilion, a 4,000-seat concert venue in downtown Baltimore, Maryland’s Inner Harbor 1 at Timonium Fairgrounds and with a brief hiatus due to the COVID 19 pandemic we were able to return to the stage with our 6th Veteran Benefit Concert at Kraushaar Auditorium Goucher College in Towson, MD. Among the headliners for these shows we have been able to bring to the stage Crack the Sky, The Ravyns, the national touring act Jefferson Starship and several local artists including, The Dave DeMarco Band, Leather and Lace, Making Waves and Techicolor Motor Home, a trubute to Steely Dan. These bands have all teamed with Midnite Run in making these iconic concerts successful and highly entertaining events. It has been Midnite Run's honor to organize, promote, and perform these benefit concerts with the proceeds providing sizable donations to several nonprofit organizations, including Warrior Canine Connection, The Baltimore Station, the Wounded Warrior Project and K9s for Warriors.  We thank you all for your support and look forward to bringing quality classic rock to your local venues.   We remain “a group of thoughtful minds who toil year-round to present an amazing showcase of local musicians in the name of charity. Cheers to all those wishing to make a difference!”
